Can I return an item?

Please refer to the return policy, all items are returnable within 14 days for exchange or store credit only.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We work hard to fulfill orders as fast as they come in. If you need to change or cancel an order, please reach out to us immediately so that the order can be taken off of the warehouse's picking slips before it is shipped. Send an email to sarah.wolfe@chateaulechicboutique.com
